Returns & Exchanges Policy

- 2-Pin Base and 4-Pin Base bulbs
- LED tubes in various lengths (e.g., 1.5′, 2′, 3′, 4′, 5′, 6′, 7′, 8′)
- 2′ x 2′ and 2′ x 4′ lighting panels
- Recessed housing units (2″, 3″, 4″, 5-6″, 8″+)
- Defective or damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect items shipped by us
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used electrical components (e.g., any products that have been installed or removed from original packaging)
- Products with missing original packaging or documentation
- Special order or custom-configured lighting solutions
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Note: Due to safety regulations, returns are not accepted for electrical products that have been installed, used, or tampered with. This ensures the integrity of our products and customer safety.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include:
- Your order number
- Product name and specifications
- Reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong item, changed mind)
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Your name and phone number
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items without an RMA.
- Package and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to:
