- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We Accept Returns For:
- Unused products in original packaging with all tags and components
- Defective or damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect items shipped by our team
- Standard LED lighting products including:
- 2-Pin Base and 4-Pin Base bulbs
- LED tubes of various lengths (1.5′, 2′, 3′, 4′, 5′, 6′, 7′, 8′)
- 2′ x 2′ and 2′ x 4′ lighting panels
- Recessed housing units (2″, 3″, 4″, 5-6″, 8″+)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used electrical components (for safety reasons)
- Products with removed original packaging or missing documentation
- Special order or custom-configured lighting solutions
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Note: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any electrical products that have been installed, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Return Request

[Your Name]Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item according to your request.

Refund Timeline:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card/Payment Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: Typically processed within 24-48 hours
What’s Refunded:
- Full product price (for defective/wrong items)
- Product price minus original shipping costs (for change of mind returns)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

Exchange Process

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs to our US facility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs forms should be marked as “Returned Goods”
- Refunds will be in US Dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rates
